The peace and beauty of this scene
reminds me
to honor my need for rest
and it doesn't have to be
in long periods..unless
that is what is truly needed.
Restful moments can be
as simple as taking in the beauty around us..
Let's honor ourselves
by taking restful moments as we need them..
