Growth is a process
that takes time...
May we honor that in ourselves
and others...
ps; As you can see from the current and previous posts, taking time to honor our needs and to nurture ourselves was a key message. May we honor ourselves by taking the time we need for ourselves.. showing this pattern of care for ourselves is a gift to our loved ones as well... they too will learn to honor their own needs.
